Dear Fellow Campaigners:
I write to extend compliments on behalf of the children of Liberia under the auspices of the Children Welfare Foundation International (CWFI) and herewith request networking relations with your distinct institution in handling the well-being of children world-wide, particularly Liberia; whose population are poverty stricken, bleak, uncertain and dehumanized as a result of the decade-long warfare.
Liberia emerging from the cycle of violence has witnessed the worse victimization of the human kind which far reaching consequences associated with trauma, variety of abuses; have led to negative attitudes in the growth of the child...ranging from sexual exploitation, sex trade, drugs addiction, armed robbery, mercenarism and street disorders(gansterism) are enormous sustenance that need collective intervention.
The Foundation (CWFI) is a registered non-for-profit child rights advocacy, social justice and development institution working for the survival of the Liberian child and upholding the dictates of the UN-Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) since its founding in 1998.
Liberia is a signatory to that international instrument.
In view of the aforesaid, we would appreciate prompt response to begin the path of sustainable networking...thus giving us details of your organization, programmes and the way forward in creating a stable child security and development society under the guidance of the international conventions and protocols protecting the well-being of the child.
