What I don't understand!

What I don't understand is the fact that we're always highering taxes FOR SCHOOLS, yet the schools always take the budget cuts. It drives me insane! They're taking away my education and the education of all other students, at the very least in my state. We have to hold more and more fundraisers for cheaper and cheaper things. We can't get the best learning because we can't get the money. Why? Simply, why? War shouldn't keep being funded. Schools should be funded.
