Before one wishes to slim through too much flappy muscles wrapping around one's body one needs to check whether it is safe or financial able to afford one's slimming course.

In this world there is seldom too extreme thin, fat, short and tall. It is just a minority.

Check properly your normal condition of your body first before you go for slimming.

Make sure you don't have a bad habit of doing something that helps you. Regular exercise. Intake of the diet which you dislike but helps you to slim. Regular sleep. Have a responsibility to maintain your weight after

All these good habits can only help you
to be happy.

But anyhow, if you understand that we are living in a world of yin and yang or dualism.
It is in this world that the law of opposites exists, thin and fat, tall and short, rich and poor, strong and weak, young and old, ugly and beautiful, etc, etc. It through this co-existence that we must be able to balance our
yin and yang, that is our too extreme in
weight and body size.
