All these good habits can only help you
to be happy.
But anyhow, if you understand that we are living in a world of yin and yang or dualism.
It is in this world that the law of opposites exists, thin and fat, tall and short, rich and poor, strong and weak, young and old, ugly and beautiful, etc, etc. It through this co-existence that we must be able to balance our
yin and yang, that is our too extreme in
