a good cure cure for depression is to fall in love. it makes u see the world from a different angle and appreciate everything a bit more.
i know what we're talkin' about, i've even posted here some ideas about a year ago... it's kind'a funny how things can change in a year...
even now i have have these silly mood changes but i cope with them...
so the first thing is... if u feel yourself alone... get out in the world
take a walk
try to do something
try to make something that makes you feel that u have a value
try to describe what u feel... writing helps a lot
try to meet people
make friends
be a part of it...
and the last and the most important... try to love somebody...
you won't be able to cope with it if u just hang around feeling bad,
waking up with the feeling 'oh, my gosh... another stupid day' thinkin' of dying all the time, full of selfpity...
manage your anger... and try to find a soulmate who makes u feel a better person
