from my personal experience:
wanting to die is wanting to live differently.
suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
you cant run from yourself, no matter where you go, there you are.
for me, a way to cope with feeling overwhelmed is to break things down into smaller workable parts, to eat my elephant one bite at a time!
for me depression is a very serious matter and is mixed with mania, This is something i have lived with all my life. I can best describe it as being emotionally frail and hypersensitive, I consider it a disease of perception. The most helpful thing for me is to focus on my blessings, the things that bring me comfort, or happiness and to appreciate them. The thing that is most harmful to me is to focus on the things that cause me pain,fear and anxiety.
