I wish I could do a lot of wonder to these innocent children... I saw a lot of them being force to become a beggar... Sometimes they're purposely handicapped so that people will pity them more and donate more. Unfortunately those money didn't goes to them but to people who treat them badly.....

We watched this video in my international relations/Model united nations class. It was so sad we started crying! One girl got so upset she started a campaign that went throughout the rest of the year. It collected money and put that money to relief efforts for the kids.

there are children all over the world that have been forgoten, it is our job to help them to gain a brighter future. there is no good looking at the past, learn from it then move on and we should do wot we can to help

At UC Davis there is an organization which has a free showing of the movie Invisible Children every year- it's a great way to increase awareness and raise donations for the cause- popcorn and drinks are usually offered so that donations occur more... this sets a great example for any other school: middle school to university.

Check out their bracelet campaign. Each bracelet is a different colour and stands for a different child that's been affected by the war in a unique way. They cost just $10 and proceeds go to the Invisible Children Education Fund that not only gives safety to the children but equips them to change their world. Plus, if you buy it thru the group "Wellspring International" They will match what you pay. So, they'll get $20. Only $3 is taken out to cover the costs of labor and manufacturing, which is a really good rate. So this is a great way to help. There will eventually be 8 different bracelets for eight different kids. I have the white one right now which stands for a boy named "Innocent". Go to

ANYTHING gain knowledge of the subject, have awareness meetings, bake sales, car washes, be original and help the children get the life that they deserve to have.
