Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter room temperature
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
½ tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups old fashioned oats, Quaker (not instant)
2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes.
