Here’s sharing with you a story about friendship……

"MY FRIENDS"

It was World War I, a soldier asked his commanding officer if he could crawl out of the trenches and cross the bloody battlefield to bring in a comrade who lay mortality wounded.

“You can go,” said the officer, “but it’s not worth it. Your friend was probably killed, and you will just throw your own life away.”

But the soldier persisted, somehow, he managed to get his friend, hoist him onto his shoulder, and bring him back to the trenches. Two of them tumbled in together and lay at the bottom of the trench.

The officer looked at the rescuer and said, “I told you it wouldn’t be worth it. Your friend is dead and you are mortally wounded.”

“IT WAS WORTH IT, Sir,” he replied.

“How do you mean worth it? I tell you your friend is dead,” snapped the officer.

“Yes, Sir,” the soldier answered, “BUT IT WAS WORTH IT, because when I got to him he was still alive, and he said to me, ‘Johnny, I knew you would come’, before he died. It was worth it.”

You can’t help but be touched by this story of true friendship. It reminds me of the many friends we have.

We have friends who are like shadows. They stay close to you while you walk in sunshine, but they disappear the moment you walk in darkness. They are the sunshine friends. They are always around when everything is going great, only to disappear once there is trouble. … “the saying goes --- ‘A friend in need is a friend to be avoided.’

We also have friends who have problem with their memory, but we must confess that we helped damaged their memory. We did it by lending them some money. These are our forgetful friends.

Lucky for those who have extra special group of friends. These people are active in business and work, yet they have committed to live their lives according to the principle of the word of God. They stick close to each other and share each other’s burden.

So find friendships built on accountability and caring. We can never live the joyful life God intends us to live without the presence of our godly friends. But understand that before you can enjoy the company of good friend, you have to be a good friend yourself first. An offering of the self to others will gain you friends who will return your love and care.

What I Care About

The most important thing that I must heed the Heaven's holy advice and pay my respect of gratitude to HIM for giving me a body to be healthy so that I will be able to upgrade and uplift my moral values in cultivation. Then only I will be able to look after my family affairs, job, and financial stability. Only through these areas of my life will I be able to set my moral examples to others or to stretch my helping hands to those who are really and earnestly need my assistance. In this GoodTree we hope that everyone will help one way or another to recover this "sick" world to become better so that we all can live harmoniously and peacefully as a ONE BIG Family in a Globalised Community.

Religion is a Pure Universal Moral Teachings.
But when it mixes with culture, traditional ways of
livelihood and human’s idealogy, ceremony rites and customs, it becomes strange and difference.
It’s just like pure water, but when it mixes with
different colours it appears according to that colour. But when it mixes with dirty water it becomes dirty.
When these colours or dirty water that appear as the outer appearances only, are passing through a water-filter they become pure again.
So search for the essence of the Truth and not the false as the outer appearances.
Only those whose hearts are filled with indisriminate love, generous, helpful, simple,humble, honest and able to let go of fame, title, power and sense gratifications are only able to receive the natural Universal Wisdom.
In today’s society conversion to any religion whether it is right or wrong just leave it to the one who believes in it.
One who has faith and truly understand the essence of the right teachings and able to put into practice without segregation, differences, discrimination and causing any harm and confusion to others then it is the right Moral way of one’s cultivation.
Only when there is right thought, right speech and
right action will there be be true inner peace.
Welcome all circumstances with equanimity.
All religions teach the essence of the Moral path.
Morality is to submit one’s gratitude and respect
to our Supreme Creator, Parents, Guardians and Elders.
Morality is to be loyal to one’s country and family.
Morality is to have mutual love of helping one another as brothers and sisters without any gain.
Morality is to differentiate what is shame and shameless.
Morality is to be honest and have full responsibility on one’s profession and family.
Morality is to tolerate, endure, polite and respect
everyone in whatever status or position. Do not despise anyone.
Morality is to have indiscriminate love, concern
and empathy for others. Please do not cause any
disturbance or hatred for others.
Morality does not blame or have any grudges.
Morality sacrifices oneself for the good cause of all.
Morality is to upgrade one’s good conduct and
personility in one’s daily chores.
Morality is to walk the path of moderation and fairness with an unbias heart.
One must not hide behind Morality to claim that
one is a moral person. If one does not know what Morality is then one must not preach it.
Same as a religious person, if he does not truly
practise moral values and put them into right action, then he is not a religious man.

Dear Brothers, Sisters and Elders of GoodTree,

It is a great dignity and honour to meet you all in this GoodTree.
This is a tree where we all gather to develop our wisdom of mutual understanding, respect, love and trust. And also to self-realise in
improving our good habituals in virtuous morals.
Not only that, under this shady tree we are able to relax and
reduce our daily workable tensions and unstable emotions through
calmness meditation. ( not always thinking of work and sexual
pleasures. These might harm or weaken our body and mind.)
Trees are wonderful, helpful and extremely useful as they produce
the unseen odourless gas, called Oxygen which is to sustain all
living and non-living beings. They give their generous love of
non-discrimination. But it is sad and disappointed that to-day’s
trees are being exploited and destroyed by the societies and turned them into “concrete trees” , thus indirectly harming or slow-killing
human beings with various diseases, called cancer, aids,
free radicals, man-made frequencies, called radiation or nuclear power
etc, etc. The other numerous significant roles that trees constitute are, protection from radiation where man-made signals like cctv and others
alike, sending them to and fro from outer space.
*To create a process called photosynthesis.
*To protect from landslides and soil erosions.
*To filter air pollution and land contamination.
If these are extremely overdose in impurities then these
trees have no chance to survive.
Without the coordination and co-operation between
mankind and its nature then humans are committing suicide
of slow and suffering death, not a natural death.
We all should have a gratitude and respect to
Mother Nature.
She has given us so much through her magnanimous
and immeasurable or limitless love in air, sunlight, water,
crops, herbs, fruits, minerals, etc
and even cosmic energies that charge us when we are asleep
or having a short nap.
She exits until today for millions and millions years ago
before humans come to this World.
She does not expect anything in return but love to see
mankind loves mankind indiscriminately
as a one Globalised Big Family.

"It is a great thing to be in obedience, to live under a superior and give up one's independence. It is much safer to submit to authority than to exercise it, more so if the authority is God. You can run from one place to another, but you can find peace only in humble submission.

Even if you see another man openly doing wrong, or committing some faults, you should not consider yourself a better man than he is. For you do not know how long you can avoid a fall. We are ALL of us weak, but you should consider yourself the weakest of all...
