About MeI am going on 45 years old (October) I am a wife,( very happily married) I have two grown children, a stepson who I am raising, and I have 2 grand daughters. The oldest will be five soon and the youngest will is six months. I am a housewife. I am raising my 14 year old stepson as my own child. (his biological mother died a couple of years ago of cancer.) He has seizures so I keep him pretty close by or let him go with people who know he is epileptic and won't panic if he has a seizure. SOME of my favorite authors are Chris Paolini ( Eldest, Eragon- about dragons...yes teenager books ...I'm a kid at heart!) Danielle Steele, Dick Francis, Tom Clancey, John Grisham, Dean Koontz...It keeps going. I have two bookcases full of books, most of which I've read., The language in some of the books are terrible though...I have to bleep it out in my mind when I read .MoviesMy all time favorite is Dirty dancing..but give me an animated movie and I am happy as a lark. Animated movies are a hit at my house. Some of the ones I have are Cars, Shrek, Tarzan, Mulan, Beauty and The Beast, 3 different Aladdin movies, Lilo and Stitch, Lion King, Spirit, Bambi, Home on the Range...the list goes on...and on...so I'll stop here.TV ShowsAll of the CSI's...Without A Trace...Bones...House...Ghost Whisperer...things of this sort.I don't watch alot of TV any more...too many reruns!Favorite Foodsfried popcorn shrimp, which I don't eat very often, deviled crab....mmm...my homemade baked spaghetti...pasta salad. I don't eat very many sweets but ny guys would if I'd bake them more. They like my homemade cakes, cookies and brownies...I'd stay in the kitchen if they had their way.Favorite PlacesNo more than I go any where...I'd have to say church or to visit my son and grandbaby. |
