About MeUntil recently middle school English teacher. Currently substitute teacher/tutor for LAUSD. Physically fit. Voracious reader and movie watcher just started pages on Shelfari and Flixster. Very interested in other cultures and what's happening in the world. I travel a lot and listen to NPR, the BBC, and CBC to try to get a broader view of what is happening in places other than the U.S. I really enjoy intelligent discussions about differences in cultures, religions/philosophies and *gasp* even politics.
